The international tender is announced for involving investors in building first solar-system station.
Ministry of Energy and Natural resources announced that all potential bidders, who want to participate in the competition, will meet qualifying criteria. Application deadline is 2017 June 16.
One of the main conditions of the tender is tariff. Preference will be given to the contestant who will offer competitive and low prices.
Ministry expects that the scope of the competitors will be quite comprehensive, taking into account the interests of companies during the investment conference earlier this year.
According to the investment program, which has received government approval, in 6 locations of Armenia is planned to build up to 110 MW solar batteries. The first location will be Masrik in Gegharkunik region, where will be constructed 55-megawatt station.
