International rating agency Moody's did not change credit rating of the government of Azerbaijan.
According to updated ratings, credit rating of Azerbaijan was remained at "Ba1" level with "negative" outlook.
On February 5, 2016 the agency decreased the country's credit rating from «Baa3» to «Ba1» maintaining a stable outlook on the rating.
On April 29, 2016 Moody's affirmed "negative" rating outlook, but on February 12 of this year the agency reviewed Azerbaijan's credit outlook and affirmed it at the same level.
