Central Bank summed up the annual activities of "The months of my finances -2017" program.
It cooperated with various financial institutions for 4 years of the project, this year's best participants were awarded prizes and certificates.
CB Board member Armenak Darbinyan said the program aims to raise the level of financial literacy, assist them for effective financial management.

"The program is an important element of Armenia's national financial education strategy, and various financial institutions during this month, as well as banks, insurance companies, NGOs, universities, implemented various measures with the creative unions. Their purpose is to help people to protect the interests of the worldwide financial services to effectively plan the revenues and expenses, make savings, avoid unnecessary debt burden, fraud, and also be able to acquire the skills",-noted the board member.

Armenak Darbinyan also noted that the number of participants has been growing every year. The project had 5,000 participants and 35 partner organizations in 2016, this year's participants are 9837, and the organizations are 55.
