Prime Minister of Armenia Karen Karapetyan visited the Development Fund, where he got acquainted with the progress of the implemented programs.

The Executive Director of the Armenian Development Fund Avakyan Armen Avakovich presented Karen Karapetyan a new program after the structural reforms and noted that in the first half of the year the whole program had not been implemented. Referring to the figures, he said that export contracts were signed with the support of the Development Fund of Armenia at the amount of 3.3 billion drams.

It is planned to organize 4 more international exhibitions with co-financing of the fund in the autumn. It is planned to sign 20-25 contracts on the export of goods for a total of 800-850 million drams. International business conferences held in Abu Dhabi, Rome, Yerevan ended with the signing of 15 specific export and investment contracts. 10 million euros will be invested in the field of high technology, 2 million dollars in the production of medical equipment, as well as make investments in energy and agriculture. Export of ecologically pure products has started from Armenia to the Arab countries, export of medicines is also in the process.

The heads of the international cooperation departments of the Armenian Development Fund providing grant programs, marketing, post investments, presented the plans for different directions to Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan.
