The Armenian government creates a "Digital Armenia" Foundation for the development of electronic government services.
"The goal of the fund is to support the use of digital technologies in all spheres of public administration and to increase the effectiveness of the state apparatus and to support the private sector," said Vahe Stepanyan, Head of Government Staff.
