The Central Bank of Russia withdrew the license of the Russian commercial "Anelik Ru".

Anelik Bank clarified that the withdrawal of the license of the Russian Anelik Ru LLC by the Central Bank of Russia does not in any way affect the activities of the Armenian "Anelik Bank" CJSC.

"Anelik Ru" LLC and "Anelik Bank" CJSC are various legal entities, with different owners.

For more than 5 years, "Anelik Ru" LLC has not been a subsidiary of "Anelik Bank" CJSC and has maintained its historical name only. Besides, "Anelik Bank" CJSC does not have any connection with Anelik money transfer system, which belonged to and was controlled by "Anelik Ru" LLC.
