In the first half of 2017, 1060 documents were received by the State Revenue Committee's Department for Detecting Offenses and Administrative Proceedings implementation, of which 506 were sent to tax and other authorities. 154 criminal cases have been initiated based on the various articles of the RA Criminal Code.

Criminal cases have also been instituted in cases involving fraud and illegal entrepreneurship under Articles 188 and 189 of the Criminal Code. In the first half of the year, the Department has been working to restore funds in criminal cases.

During the reporting period, 114 administrative proceedings were initiated, at a total amount of 179 million drams.
