Market Surveillance Inspection of the Ministry of Economic Development and Investments summed up the results of the inspections in the second quarter.

department of informing, counseling and public relations of the Market Supervision reports that as of August 10 the Inspector Body Head has issued 112 orders to conduct inspections. According to the data of the same period, they are carried out in 72 economic entities.

Inspections included various non-food market spheres. Namely, 67 oil and gas sales providers, 24 gas supply providers, 4 healthcare providers, 5 providers of toys and lubricants were inspected. Electric appliances, varnishes and paints, pneumatic tires, perfume, construction and other companies have been checked.

Violations were not found among 18 businessmen. In the others, according to the Eurasian Economic Union and national technical norms, the following violations have been detected: non-compliance with labeling requirements, lack of certification, excessive pressure in Fuel Injection Stations, diesel fuel mismatch.

Fines were imposed, the total amount of which was more than AMD 6,000,000.
