The main terms of the loan are as follows:

• Loans are issued in AMD for a period of 1 to 5 years.

• Minimum interest rate, starting at 15% annual interest rate.

• Amount up to AMD 15 million.

Applicants may apply for a loan at the age of 23 at the time of the application review.

Real estate is accepted as a pledge in the following cities: Yerevan, Gyumri, Abovyan, Echmiadzin, Tsaghkadzor, Dilijan, Jermuk, Vanadzor, Armavir, Masis. Valuation of real estate is carried out by VTB Bank (Armenia). Property insurance is carried out by the Bank during the loan term.
