ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK and Shirak marzetary signed a memorandum of cooperation. The memorandum was signed by Governor of Shirak Artur Khachatryan and Chief Executive Officer of ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank Hakob Andreasyan. Within the framework of the memorandum, the parties plan to unite their efforts in the development of SMEs in Shirak marz, enhancing community welfare and promoting tourism. The Bank will conduct free business trainings for SMEs in the region, and the regional administration will assist the Bank to identify and target potential beneficiaries. "Today is a memorable day when the state and the private sector, together with the spirit of solidarity, share their efforts to develop SMEs in Shirak marz. We are confident that the representatives of the companies participating in the training will give new enthusiasm and breath to the business in the region. As a result of cooperation, business efficiency will increase, management skills will increase, turnover and profitability, businesses will have more employees and will be more socially responsible", Artur Khachatryan said. "For almost four years, ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank has been providing business trainings for SMEs, introducing our experience of 20 years. The trainings include business management, marketing, and now hotel-related training courses. But this cooperation is unique to us as we also see the state's interest in supporting small and medium-sized businesses. Our specialists have been trained in Lori, Armavir, Syunik, and Shirak marzes and we will continue to expand the geography of our courses. By the way, recently our trainers have received certificates by the International Finance Corporation (IFC Business Edge), which once again proves the high professionalism of our team", said Hakob Andreasyan. The head of the bank informed that on September 26 and 27 it is planned to conduct free hotel business training in Shirak region.
