Starting from September 11 "Unibank" OJSC starts the regular issue of nominal coupon bonds. The annual yield of dollar bonds is 5.75%, the turnover period is 36 months. Cash payment will be made quarterly. Bonds will be repaid on 11.09.2020.

Bonds can be obtained by contacting the bank's head office or one of the 47 branches. Bonds will be distributed from 11.09.2017 to 17.11.2017. The volume of issue is 5 million US dollars, which includes 50 000 bonds each with nominal value of 100 USD. It is planned that the bonds will be displayed at NASDAQ OMX Armenia after the placement has been completed.

The software was registered by the Central Bank of Armenia on 22.03.2017 by decision N 1/213 A. An investor may obtain a copy of the Prospectus on the Bank's headquarters and branches, and an electronic version in the Shareholders and Investors section of the bank's website.

It should be reminded that the bank's bonds are listed on NASDAQ OMX Armenia and included in the main list of bonds.

According to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Guaranteeing Bank Deposits of Individuals", the funds attracted by nominal bonds issued by the bank are considered as guaranteed bank deposits and are guaranteed by the Deposit Guarantee Fund.
