On September 15, 2017, AMD bonds of "CONVERSE BANK" CJSC were listed and included in the Abond list of bonds of NASDAQ OMX Armenia, and from the date of listing it was allowed to carry out targeted trades and conclude repo transactions with mentioned bonds.

The issue of the Company's mentioned bonds includes 10,000 nominal coupon bonds with a nominal value of AMD 100,000, at the rate of 10.5% and with a 24-month circulation term. Bonds (ISIN - AMCOVSB23ER7) will circulate on the stock exchange under the abbreviation of COVSB3.
