The RA Minister of Economic Development and Investment met with the director of the Lebanese business development firm AC HOLDING to discuss their investment program.

Lebanese investors are interested in the production of household appliances in Armenia, the ministry's press service reports.

"I'm very glad that after our last meeting in Beirut, I see you in Yerevan today. I am hopeful that we will continue our practical steps towards the implementation of this investment program, "said Suren Karayan.

According to Minister Karayan, the Armenian government is ready to assist in the implementation of this program and keep its focus on investment programs.

The representative of the organization noted that the acquisition works were completed. In the final stage, the organization's research is also needed to move to the next steps in implementing the investment program.

In the course of the meeting the privileges offered to investors from the state aid instruments were presented, as well as the possibilities of other privileges were discussed. An agreement has been reached to convey to investors the information they need to complete the studies.
