On November 23, 2017 "GLOBAL CREDIT" UCO CJSC plans to issue and place nominal coupon dram and dollar bonds.
According to the company's press service, by the first tranche will be allocated 1 million USD. US $, with 7% annual coupon yield, 3 years circulation term, nominal value of $ 100, nominal value of 10,000 nominal coupon bonds, non-documentary bonds. At the time of placement, the minimum directive price is set to 100.00 (one hundred) US dollars, bid bond offers with lower prices will not be satisfied.
The second tranche will be placed in the amount of AMD 300 thousand, 10% annual coupon yield, 1 year circulation term, 30 thousand coupon bonds with a nominal value of AMD 10 thousand, non-documentary bonds. At the time of placement, the minimal amount of the Dram Bonds will be set at 10,000 (ten thousand) AMD, bid bond offers with lower prices will not be satisfied.
Bonds will be placed on the primary platform of NASDAQ OMX Armenia OJSC, through a standard closed (European) one-time auction. Renesa CJSC is the placer, and after the listing of issued bonds, the latter will also perform market maker functions.
The electronic version of the promotion is published on the official websites of "GLOBAL CREDIT" UCO CJSC and "RENESA" CJSC, respectively, at www.globalcredit.am and www.renesa.am.
There are no restrictions on potential buyers of bonds. Those wishing to take part in the placement of bonds can apply to companies that are members of NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, whose lists and contact details are available on the www.nasdaqomx.am website.
In order to make a deposit, it is necessary to apply to "Central Depository of Armenia" OJSC account operators for opening and servicing securities deposit accounts. The list of CDA operators is available on the official website of "Central Depository of Armenia" OJSC, www.cda.am.
A person acquiring a bond before making a deposit must also open USD and dram bank accounts in his / her name in any bank (in case of no such accounts).
