At the 100th day of his management, Hovhannes Sahakyan, Head of the State Social Security Service, said that the minimum size of the pension - 16,000 drams is not enough.

He stressed that he would be happy to be able to raise pensions and hopes that the 2018 stabilization budget will regulate these issues.

"The stabilization budget, which has been set by the government in the coming years, will be lucky to raise the pensions," Hovhannes Sahakyan said.

He also assured that in 100 days of his management he managed to visit 51 regional subdivisions, study the problems of the sphere and prepare for new programs with a new principled work style: honest, loyal and caring.

Starting from the beginning of the year, the digitization of working papers has been clarified. At present, 500,000 citizens have their work books at the employer, first they will digitize them, then 700,000 paper-based work-books that are being kept at home. Digitalization will be completed in 2019.
