Based on the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition, Russia's Anti-Monopoly Service initiated an administrative proceeding on Dustr Marianna's case. As a result of the joint work of the competent bodies of the two countries, the anti-monopoly service has made a decision which fully supports the viewpoint of the RA Competitiveness Body. According to SCPEC, the actions of the Russian "Debor" and "Noginsky Pest Management" companies have been considered unfair competition, for which they have been subjected to financial responsibility.

To note, Dustr Marianna, a dairy producer, applied to the State Commission for Protection of Economic Competition a few months ago, saying it had encountered certain problems when selling its products on the Russian market. Particularly, Russia's largest food processing firm, Debor and Noginsky Poultry Farm, prevented Dustr Marianna's introduction of dairy products on the Russian market with the MARIANNA brand symbol. The problem was that according to these companies, they are the owners of "MARIANNA" and "MARIANNE" trademarks and the Armenian company cannot present products in the Russian market.
