A criminal case has been filed on the fact of robbery, police press service reports. Criminal investigators of various police divisions identified the attacker's identity with joint events.

Two days after the incident, on November 30, Paylak Martirosyan was arrested on Isakov Avenue on suspicion of robbery and taken to the Central Police Department.

Martirosyan, 24years old, is from Norashen village of Lori region. Only two months ago he entered the Police Educational Complex College.
