Shaboyan did not identify those who committed the violations, only mentioned that studies and violations refer to many agencies. As the second common problem, he mentioned the cases when the technical specifications describe in detail and specifically that they again direct the businessman, and as a result, the company which produces this product is recognized the winner.

At the request of journalists, Shaboyan also touched upon the issue of monopolies. In answer to the question, if they remove monopolies from the economy, the economy will not benefit, on the contrary, there will be shocks. "I must say that we do not have monopolies, people speak about monopolies, we do not really have them from the point of view of law.

We have large companies, which occupy a dominant position, and have objective bases in the small economy. Especially in the small economy, companies that are large, naturally enjoy the scale of their influence, they are able to make cheaper acquisitions in larger quantities, "he said.

The SCPEC Chairman underlined that in any case the presence of such companies is objective, he cannot say whether it is good or bad. Shaboyan mentioned that there is no country to struggle against big companies, and all countries are fighting against abuses of these companies.
