At the National Assembly session, the final discussion of the draft law "On the 2018 State Budget of the Republic of Armenia" has been completed and will be put on voting on December 8.

2018 the total revenues of the draft budget will make 1 trillion 308 billion 285 million drams, of which 1 trillion 248 billion 500.0 million drams are planned for tax revenues and state duties. The expenditures will make 1 trillion 465 billion 200 million drams, and the deficit is almost unchanged - 156.9 billion drams.

In the coming years, the government will pay more attention to the following priorities of state budget expenditures, the RA Ministry of Finance press service reports:

the reforms implemented in separate sectors of the social sector (in particular, education, health care, social protection), as well as the efficiency, targeting and level of public participation in the public administration, and the reforms they draw to make the public services more accessible to the population financial support,

the territorial integrity of the Republic, stability in the region and financial support for the activities of defense and national security structures in order to maintain the balance of forces of the parties to the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

Implementation of infrastructures restoration and development in separate sectors of the economy (in particular, agriculture, water economy, road economy and energy).
