The solemn ceremony of opening a solar power plant with a capacity of 1 MW of Green Energy was held in Shenik community of Armavir marz, attended by RA Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan.
The Green Energy solar station with a capacity of 1 MW has been built with the close cooperation of Baghramyanshin, ACBA Leasing and Stigen companies.
In his opening remarks, Vardan Vardanyan, the owner of the Green Energy Solar Station, said he is proud of having his contribution to Armenia's renewable energy. "A year ago, when we thought of building such a plant, it seemed to us that it was not realistic but favorable conditions were created that we visited an international exhibition, chose suppliers, designed the station, and very soon, thanks to successful work, which brilliantly implemented" Baghramyanshin, ACBA Leasing and Stigen companies became real. Now you can see the result. I would like to express my deep gratitude to all the cases involved in this case. "
ACBA Leasing Director Arsen Bazikyan expressed his gratitude to all the partners for their joint work, noting that it is pleasant to work with responsible companies responsible for their business, to develop their ambitious plans and bring them to life with dignity.
Founder-director of the Stigen Company Hayk Shekyan mentioned: "Though we have a more powerful solar thermal plant (this is about a 1.5MW high-powered station at Grand Sport Complex), this station is of particular importance to me. It is our first 1 MW photovoltaic station, the station was built in close cooperation with several companies. The station is about 3 km away from the Turkish border and besides its energetic significance is also a unique developmental symbol, an example of private and state long-term projects. " Hayk Shekyan, as a guarantor of the quality of work, also mentioned the fact that the international expert group recently has visited the plant and highly appreciated the work, which, according to him, is an important criterion for the development of solar energy.
