Within the framework of the "Leasing of Agricultural Machinery in the Republic of Armenia" project, "Nairi Fertility" company has acquired universal tractor, the only one in its kind in Armenia.

According to the information and public relations department of the Ministry of Agriculture, this technique can be used to fluff up soil and grind stones. It can replac simultaneously 3-4 tractors, it also performs fertilization, nutrition, gardening, etc.

"This is a gift, the state has created a great opportunity for us through this program," said Baghdasar Mesropyan, owner of "Nairi Fertility" company, pointing out that this machine can achieve better results.

"Compared to 2016-2015, imports of tractors this year have increased by 2.5 and 3.5 times, respectively. We think that in 2018 more equipment will be imported and the park will be refreshed, "said Deputy Minister Makaryan.

In total, up to now, 157 units of agricultural machinery, including 67 tractors, 2 combine harvesters and 88 other agricultural machinery have been provided within the framework of the state leasing program.
