The government has approved a $ 22 million investment program for establishing a recreational and leisure center offered by Park Group. Yerevan Mayor was recommended to transfer 27.66 hectares of state-owned forest fund lands near Monte Melkonian Street into targeted land of specially protected areas.

The land was given to Park Group, which is owned by NA former MP Garegin Nushikyan, for a term of 99 years, without a tender.

Within the framework of the project, it is planned to establish a children's, youth, family-leisure, entertainment and leisure center in the region, with the latest top European attractions, fountains with luxurious laser effects and food service points.

The services offered at the center will be attractive for both the local population and inbound tourists. More than 300,000 visitors are expected to be in the first year of the center opening.

The fountain, worth more than $ 2 million, will be able to compete with famous fountains in Milan, the US, Kuwait and Singapore.
