The British Certification Institute (BSI) has conducted regular audits at Anelik Bank CJSC and approved the compliance of the Bank with the new ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System and International ISO 27001: 2013 Information Security Management Systems Standards.

The advantages to meet the new ISO 9001: 2015 standard are the provision of products and services related to customers' needs, legislative and other normative acts, customer satisfaction, complete risk disclosure and definition of preventive actions, etc.


The Information Security Management System is part of the overall management system based on business risk assessment and is designed to develop, implement, monitor and improve information security mechanisms. This standard is intended to enhance the privacy, integrity, and availability of information.

Anelik Bank has adopted a policy aimed at improving the quality of its services, recognizing that it can be achieved through the provision of customer-friendly services. And the ISO 27001: 2013 certification testifies to the level of protection of personal data of the bank's customers and the enhancement of confidence in the bank, improvement of data processing and control efficiency.

It should be noted that Anelik Bank's ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System was first certified in 2014, and ISO 27001: 2013 Information Security Management System in 2015 and after that the Bank reaffirmed its compliance with ISO international standards.
