The index of economic activity for 2017 has made 7.7%, which is the highest index since 2011.

According to the National Statistical Service, in December 2017, Economic activity index increased by 21.8 percent compared to November.

The volume of industrial production in January-December increased by 12.6%, compared to November of the previous year- by 10.2%.

Volume of gross agricultural output in January-December 2017 decreased by 3% compared to the same period of the previous year, on a monthly basis, an increase of 11.1% was recorded in November and 3.3% on an annual basis.

Electricity production increased by 6.1% in January-December and an increase of 2.2% was recorded in construction sector.
