VTB Bank has issued 5 million cards of the national payment system "Mir" in Russia, the bank reports.
As reported by Abnews.ru, the lion's share of novelty go to Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Leningrad region, as well as Irkutsk, Rostov and Novosibirsk regions. The main part of issued cards is intended for salaries.
