According to the General Department of Civil Aviation, "Armenian Helikopters" Limited Liability Company, established in Armenia as a result of work with interested parties to create the necessary conditions for helicopters service at the Armenian airports, has already submitted an application for airplane carrier to the General Department of Civil Aviation at the Government of Armenia. The company will use customs privileges to import the necessary equipment.
Armenian citizens and tourists visiting Armenia will have the opportunity to travel by the US Robinson R66 and European AIRBUS EC130T2 helicopters both in Armenia and out of Armenia.
The company plans to invest about $ 10 million over the next three years and create new jobs.
The successful implementation of the project will contribute to raising Armenia's tourism potential and creating new opportunities for transportation.
