Armen Harutyunyan has been dismissed from the position of Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer of Judicial Acts. The corresponding decision was signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan.

The corresponding decree signed on May 12, reads:

"According to Article 7 (6) of the RA Law on" State Administration System Bodies "and taking into account the recommendation of Acting Justice Minister Davit Harutyunyan,

to dismiss Armen Harutyunyan from the post of the head of the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Republic of Armenia. "
