The Black Sea Trade and Development Bank and Ameriabank have signed a $ 15 million credit agreement for a five-year term.

The goal of the agreement is to develop small and medium business in Armenia, which is the core of the country's economy.

Ameriabank reports that support for SME sector is a common goal and priority for both banks. Provided loan funds will allow Ameriabank to offer long-term financing to small and medium-sized enterprises operating in Armenia, which is essential to ensure their growth and competitiveness and create new jobs.

"It is a great honor for Ameriabank to continue the valuable cooperation with the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank. The signed agreement will allow Ameriabank to strengthen its positions in the SME lending market and contribute to the development of the country's economy, "said Artak Hanesyan, Director General of Ameriabank.

"This is the second credit facility provided by the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank to Ameriabank for SME financing.
