RA Minister of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies Ashot Hakobyan received the delegation of the Russian Embassy in Armenia led by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Sergey Kopirkin.

According to the press service of the RA Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies, directions of bilateral cooperation were discussed.

The minister expressed hope that due to effective cooperation the Armenian-Russian multi-year economic relations will strengthen more and more.

As a good example of the activation of the foreign trade, the Minister noted the ferry, then the multimodal cargo transportations by the South Caucasus Railways Company last year.

According to Ashot Hakobyan, since the beginning of the process, the volume of cargo transportations in this way has significantly increased.
