Employees of the State Revenue Committee, Operative Intelligence Department and the Main Department for Combating Organized Crime of the RA Police have conducted joint searches in "Villij Group" LLC, "Greenprodukt" LLC and "Spayka" LLC, which is somehow affiliated with them.
According to the press service of the Committee, on June 22, the Tax Inspectorate Department of Large and Medium Taxpayers made a preliminary calculation of tax liabilities which had been liolated by "Villa Group" LLC, according to which the mentioned company from January 1, 2015 till April 30, 2018, exported 18.164.891 kg of different types of cheese to Russia worth 16.781.003.467 AMD.
The company did not have acquisitions from other companies in Armenia, and as a result of the cheese's purchases from natural persons, it didn't pay to the state budget income tax of AMD 1.669.694.074. On July 2, 2018, a criminal case was initiated under the part 2 of Article 205 of the RA Criminal Code in the Investigation Department of the RA SRC.
Investigative actions and operative-intelligence measures are being carried out to find the true source of cheese production.
In addition, the RA SRC Tax Inspectorate Department made a preliminary calculation of the tax liabilities of the company "Greenpuduct", as a result of which it was found out that by 2017 the mentioned company presented by 2.139.518.476 AMD less turnover, as a result of which it paid 427,903,695 AMD less to the state budget. In particular, in 2017, "Greenprodukt" LLC, having only one employee, exported a large amount of tomatoes from Armenia to Russia and sold them at a significantly lower price than in the market.
Taking into consideration the large scope of the two companies' activities, it is unrealistic to carry out the above-mentioned volume of activity having one employee, the report states.
