The State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition has conducted a study to find out the principles of exclusive licenses, agreements and quotas issued by different state agencies.

It refers to fish and crayfish production, mine exploitation, deforestation, lease of state property, renting of coastal areas of Lake Sevan, provision of premises for catering in schools, organization of outdoor trade, placement of outdoor billboards.

The Commission has examined the process of granting the above-mentioned permits by 27 state bodies within which 600 legal acts were observed. As a result, the RA SCPEC has revealed non-compliant, non-competitive 45 functions, with 3 main issues.
