Consumer prices in Armenia rose by 0.9% in June 2018, as compared to June 2017.

According to the National Statistical Service of Armenia, prices for foodstuffs (including alcoholic beverages and cigarettes) dropped by 1.6% in the accounting period, non-food products prices and tariffs increased by 5.3 and 1.4%, respectively.

Consumer prices fell by 1.6% in June, compared to the previous month, mainly due to the fall in prices for food and non-alcoholic beverages (3.9%).
