RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Mane Tandilian stated that starting from October 1, 2018, the amount of one-time allowance for the second child's birth will be tripled up to 150,000 drams instead of 50,000 drams.

According to him, the proposal is in the government and it was envisaged to enter into force on July 1, but there were procedures that were to be implemented in a timely manner.
