The "Veolia Jur" Company has issued a statement referring to the accusations filed to the company a few weeks ago.

The Veolia Jur company denies the information posted on its web site on August 25 by police, categorically rejects all accusations against its employees and expresses indignation with the violation of the fundamental principles of the presumption of innocence, the victim of which has become the company.

Veolia Jur reminds us that in 2017-2031 the contractual mechanisms for setting tariffs were approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia and were fixed in the Lease Agreement signed in November 2016. These mechanisms have never been revised.

"Veolia Jur" underlines that it is guided by the Code of Ethics operating in the system and very strict shopping procedures. The company always operates under the laws, regulations and applicable procedures. "Veolia Jur" is sorry that it was unable to protect its interests in the law-enforcement agencies, which repeated the allegations made by several former employees of the company and suppliers that had not been selected as a result of competitions.

The Veolia Jur company will not spare any effort and will not allow the campaign to destabilize the situation in any way, have a negative effect on the continuity and quality of the water supply and wastewater services provided in Armenia.
