"Gyumri Beer" LLC has presented adjusted calculations and made tax payments totaling 320 million drams to the state budget.

According to the information and public relations department of the State Revenue Committee, during the inspection works carried out by SRC, "Gyumri Beer" LLC dealing with beer production and sales has registered cases of aggressive tax planning. As a result, the company didn't pay a tax liability of more than AMD 300 million in 2016-2017.

A criminal case has been instituted in the SRC Investigation Department on the fact of Article 205 Part 2 of the RA Criminal Code.

During the tax audit carried out in the company based on the undisclosed factual data obtained as a result of investigative and procedural actions taken during the preliminary investigation, "Gyumri Beer" has submitted to the tax body adjusted calculations, as a result of which the value added tax and excise tax were estimated at AMD 320 million AMD tax liability. It was completely paid to the state budget.
