By the decision of the Government, residents of the basement and the first floors of the dormitories located on the 29/4 and 29/5 Moldovakan 29/5 in Nor Norq will be given the living accommodations occupied by them. Within a three-month period after the decision comes into force, contracts with housing will be concluded with them.

The reasoning is that the basements and the first floors of the 4th and 5th buildings located at Moldovakan 12 were separated from the property of Nor Nork Student Housing CJSC and were attached to the State Property Management Committee of the RA Ministry of Economic Development and Investments.

As a result of the studies conducted by the Committee, some of these areas were actually populated (some families were included in the family vulnerability assessment system), while others were used for public purposes, as a result of which the territories were divided into property units by actual size of occupancy.

The government made a decision, according to which 17 residential areas located at the 29/4 and 29/5 Moldovan were dedicated to the families living there. However, given the fact that 2 families did not submit their documents within the prescribed time limit and were excluded from the abovementioned decision, the proposed draft recommends that these 2 families be provided with the apartments they have actually occupied.
