To receive annual reports on pension accounts for 2018, members of the funded component can submit an application indicating the preferred method of receiving the report: by e-mail or at the place of residence.
Through the annual report on the retirement account, the participant learns how much accumulated allocations were made for him during the year, and how much his resources increased as a result of management. Those who have not chosen a pension fund and a manager, can use this report to find out which fund has chosen the system for them on a random basis.
The first annual report is sent to all participants at the registered address. To obtain this information in the second and subsequent years, participants must submit an application to receive information reflected in the retirement account, indicating the preferred method of obtaining the report.
There are two ways: documentary, in which the annual report of the retirement account is sent to the address provided by the participant, and electronic, in which the report is sent to the participant's email address.
In the case of choosing the documentary (paper) method, the application must be submitted every year, whereas in the case of choosing the electronic method of obtaining information, the report will be sent to the participant without submitting an additional application. Receiving an annual report by e-mail also protects data confidentiality and reduces the risk of losing paper reports.
In order to receive information on pension accounts in 2018, a participant of accumulative pension component must submit an application for receiving information reflected in a pension account through MY ACCOUNT on www.epension.am or through account operators until January 30, 2019.
Account operators are Araratbank, Ardshinbank, HSBC Bank, Converse Bank, Armbusinessbank, Haypost, VTB Bank Armenia. The account operator is required to provide only a passport, social security number or ID card.
