On November 22, 2017, a composite Noah's Ark jubilee banknote of 500 AMD was put into circulation.
The banknote is printed on high-quality Hybrid ™ composite material, which is a thin cotton sheet of paper with polyester coating on both sides.

On the obverse side of the banknote are the remains of Noah’s Ark and the Echmiadzin Monastery, with Mount Ararat visible on the background.

On the reverse side are Noah and his family members, and to the right and left of them are images of various animals and birds against the background of Mount Ararat.
