
In the regions of the Republic of Armenia, work continues on overcoming problems requiring priority solutions for water supply and sanitation, irrigation, education, culture, health care, road construction, housing construction, the purchase of agricultural machinery and other objectives, coordinated by the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Development of the Republic of Armenia.
According to the Public Relations Department of the RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Development, in 2018 the State Reserve Fund allocated 3 billion 975 million drams for the Regional Development Fund of Armenia and regional administrations for the implementation of 216 projects, the deadline for which is December 20, 2019.
Thus, 3 657 million 994.3 thousand drams were allocated to the Territorial Development Fund of Armenia for the implementation of about 192 projects that require a priority decision in the regions of Armenia.
The Ministry presented the regional geography of the programs with their financial component:
For the implementation of 25 projects in the Aragatsotn region - 307 million 841.5 thousand drams.
For the implementation of 23 programs in the Ararat region - 384 million 822.8 thousand drams.
For implementation of 21 projects in the Armavir region of the Republic of Armenia - 467 million 070.0 thousand drams.
For the implementation of 16 projects in the Gegharkunik region - 428 million 720.0 thousand drams.
For the implementation of 37 projects in the Lori region - 419 million 510.0 thousand drams.
For implementation of 10 projects in Kotayk Marz - 253 million 750.0 thousand drams.
For the implementation of 16 projects in the Shirak region - 334 million 135.0 thousand drams.
For the implementation of 13 programs in Syunik Marz of the Republic of Armenia - 388 million 740.0 thousand drams.
For the implementation of 10 projects in the area of Vayots Dzor - 178 million drams.
On realization of 21 projects in Tavush region - 495 million 405.0 thousand drams.
At the same time, the regional administrations were allocated 317 million drams for the implementation of 24 programs aimed at solving problems requiring priority solution in the regions of the Republic of Armenia.

In Aragatsotn region - 15 million 143.3 thousand drams for the implementation of 1 program.
In the Ararat region - 29 million 980.0 thousand drams for the implementation of 2 programs.
In Armavir marz - 1 million 120 thousand drams for the implementation of 1 program.
In Gegharkunik marz - 39 million 0 thousand drams for the implementation of 2 projects.
In Lori marz - 11 million 200 thousand drams for the implementation of 2 projects.
In Kotayk Marz - 100 million 783.7 thousand drams for the implementation of 6 projects.
In Shirak region - 31 million 773.0 thousand drams for the implementation of 2 projects.
In Syunik Marz - 19 million 950.0 thousand drams for the implementation of 1 program.
In Tavush region - 68 million 925.0 thousand drams for the implementation of 7 projects.
23 out of 24 projects have already been completed.
In contrast to previous years, the projects for 2018 were implemented on the basis of design and estimate documentation received by the communities. A number of communities were able to co-finance up to 5-50% of their funding, depending on the possibilities of the community budget.
