Huarong Asset's Financial Asset Management Corporation has purchased 36.2% of the CEFC oil company, reports Reuters.
The company paid in two tranches for the shares of CEFC Hainan International: in January and February of this year, and the amount was not mentioned.
In September 2017 CEFC agreed to buy 14.16 % of Rosneft's at $ 9.1 billion from Glencore the Qatar Investment Fund.
