The National Bank of Ukraine has put into circulation new coins, which are equivalent to 1 and 2 grivnas.
It is noted that new grivnas will work together with banknotes, gradually replacing these securities, writes RT.
Thus, the National Bank of Ukraine does not plan to remove the banknotes from circulation, but their issuance will cease.
