Rosneft's shareholders, Glencore and the Qatar Sovereign Wealth Fund have refused to sell 14,16% of their shares to Chinese CEFC ("Huasin") company, TASS reported.
After the contract was canceled, QIA will control Rosneft's 18.93 %, and the package planned to sell CEFC will go to the affiliate of the fund.
