In the spring of 2018 mortgage rates in Russia have reached the lowest level, said First Vice President of the Bank of Russia Ksenia Yudayeva, addressing the State Duma.
"In spring they reached 9.64 %," he said.
According to the estimation of the Credit Bureau "Eqvifax", mortgage rates, which have been falling in the last two years, stopped falling in the first quarter.
