Slow economic growth, insufficient rate of reforms in Ukraine can lead to default, and huge external debts are "falling keys", writes the Ukrainian "Apostroph" periodical, referring to the experts.
Head of the Effective Settlement Office Alexey Goncharuk said he did not see any scenario, according to which Ukraine will be able to avoid default, without external assistance.
