In January-April 2018, Russian banks provided 424.7 thousand mortgage loans worth 831.3 billion rubles, which is 63 % more than in the same period last year, the Central Bank of Russia reported.
According to the Regulator, the April mortgage portfolio of Russian banks makes 249.3 billion rubles. Last month only 125.3 thousand loans were provided.
