VTB Bank and China's largest trade platform Alibaba Group are negotiating on creating a joint venture. It is reported by Vedomosti referring to the sources close to the negotiations participants.
According to one of them, negotiations have been continuing for several months, as VTB intends to create a digital platform to keep up with Sberbank.
