Mikhail Zadornov, Chairman of the Board of "Otkritie" Bank, did not exclude that the shares of Rosgosstrakh will be sold in 2021, at that time the sale of the bank's shares is planned, TASS reports.

In his opinion, the insurance company may show a result in 2018-2019, thanks to which the securities portfolio will acquire the investor with a strategic behavior.

Good financial result will also allow Rosgosstrakh to sell shares in the open market, added Zadornov.

At the same time, the head of the bank underscored that there is no clear decision on the sale of shares of the insurance company.
