"Tinkoff Bank" has dismissed 10 employees, in Slack corporate chat for memes and jokes.

According to a source close to the financial institution, several other employees have followed them as they considered the management's decision unfair.

VC periodical has discovered a screenshot of one of the dismissed employee's conversation in Telegram, in which Vyacheslav Tsiganov, vice-president of IT, condemns the behavior of employees.
