“Gazprom Media” Holding’s Board of Directors has approved the change in the form of management of Gazprom Media Entertainment TV sub-holding, which controls TNT, "Friday", "Match TV", TV-3, 2x2 and other TV channels, reports Kommersant.ru.

Arthur Janibekyan will no longer manage the above mentioned sub-holding, but will continue to occupy the position of the First Deputy CEO, responsible for the implementation of the production strategy, searching for new products, creating content and collaborating with producers.

His responsibilities have not changed because he was also responsible for these directions.

The Sub-Holdings Management function will be transferred to “Gazprom Media” under the leadership of Dmitry Chernishenko.
