From 2019, the Central Bank of Russia plans to collect daily information from 30 banks for a single register of deposits of individuals, reports TASS.

According to the Vice-President of the Central Bank, Olga Polyakova, a pilot version is currently in operation with the participation of 10 banks.

“An experimental version is currently working. 10 banks participate in it, providing daily information. From the first quarter of next year, we plan to expand this list, attracting up to 30 credit institutions. We are currently in the process of considering the possibility of organizing and creating a deposit registry, "she said.

Earlier, the first vice-president of the Central Bank Dmitry Tulin said that the base of bank deposits will be available to all citizens. Access will be possible through the portal of public services.
